Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

AuditorSignal ("we", "us") provides technical accessibility audits of e-commerce websites. This policy explains what data we handle and why. The short version: we handle very little personal data, our website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, and we never sell data to anyone.

Who operates this service

AuditorSignal is operated by Philipp Demin, based in Germany. You can reach us anytime at elizabeth@auditorsignal.com.

Data we collect and why

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. It is a static page. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security and operations, as virtually all web hosts do.

How we share data

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business — payment processing (Stripe) and email delivery — and only to the extent required, or where the law obliges us to.

Retention

We keep audit reports and related correspondence for as long as needed to provide the service (including your free re-scan) and to meet bookkeeping obligations. If you want your correspondence deleted sooner, email us and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because the operator is based in Germany, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to our processing, which gives you these rights regardless of where you live. To exercise them, email elizabeth@auditorsignal.com.

Unsubscribing from outreach

If we contacted you and you would rather not hear from us again, reply with "unsubscribe" (or use the opt-out link in the email) and we will remove you from our list promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
